Living in Apulia
is a bit of a privileged condition. The sun, the uncontaminated nature, the
mild temperatures all year round, the sea always within reach, the good food
make this place a magical refuge for the
body and the spirit.
It is for these reasons that more and more people from all
over Italy and even abroad decide to move to this corner of Southern Italy: to
attract attention are mainly rural structures such as trulli, where you can still find a link with the history of this land.
Our job is just this:
to recover ancient buildings, integrating new and old.
As for this exciting turnkey
project on which we are working: an ancient dwelling, consisting of a group
of trulli, immersed in the Itria Valley, just 5 minutes drive from Martina
Franca, to be transformed into a sort of "Buen Retiro".
Ideal also as an investment, the project involves the restyling of 6 trulli and several additional
spaces, used in the past as storage, for a total floor area of 120 square
meters.
The interiors, as provided by the project, consist of a
living area with a fireplace, a comfortable kitchen with an adjoining wine bar
area, 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a laundry room.
Created by Apulian architect Mina Ritella, the concept of the interior renovation aims to create
a relaxing and fulfilling experience.
The entrance is entrusted to the essential lines, but full
of charm, of the trulli: the stone, enhanced by touches of warm light, blends
perfectly with furnishing elements taken from local crafts. On the left, the
living area opens onto a cozy corner sofa in front of the restored fireplace.
On the right, the Wine Bar leads to the kitchen: both spaces have been restored
from the original Palmento.
The house is completed by two large bedrooms, recovered by
restoring the old warehouse, with exposure on the sunset side and a wonderful
view of the garden and the pool. The choice of colors for the sleeping area
pays homage to the shades of nature that surrounds the house: olive green,
light gray, and beige enhance the overall feeling of well-being of these
spaces.
But the real added value is the outdoor space: over 7,000 square meters of olive trees and
Mediterranean scrub, in which to create a wonderful swimming pool with adjacent relaxation area.
The turnkey
renovation project has acquired all the building permits issued by the
competent bodies: in this way the buyers can start immediately the renovation:
