BUYING A TRULLO IN VALLE D'ITRIA? AN INTELLIGENT INVESTMENT

Choices also shared by famous personalities, such as Kean Etro, head of the world-famous fashion house of the same name, who chose as a refuge for himself and his family a group of trulli located in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica.

What is certain is that in addition to the emotional factor, the purchase of typical properties, such as trulli, cottages or farms, is a safe and sought after investment, which finds its best expression in the countryside of the municipalities of Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello, Fasano, Ostuni, and Ceglie Messapica. Prices vary depending on the location (Ostuni among the most expensive, Ceglie Messapica among the most convenient), the number of cones (in most cases you are oriented towards a type of 4-5 cones - two bedrooms, living area and kitchenette) and the state of preservation of the trulli.
